Lynn Felici-Gallant has gardened professionally for nearly fifteen years, and has been writing since she was a child. Trained as an attorney, Lynn practiced law until 1997, when she left to follow her passions for garden design, writing. and marketing.

Marketing
Lynn served as marketing director and manager for Churchill’s Garden Center, a popular, local establishment that she helped to transition into a nationally recognized, award-winning, home and garden center through innovative marketing strategies and public relations. She founded Indigo Gardens, a garden marketing and design firm whose goal is to help businesses increase brand recognition and market share through creative copy writing and communications. Lynn was also the marketing manager for Pleasant View Gardens, a founder and propagator of Proven Winners®, the number one plant brand in North America, where she oversaw implementation of business-to-business marketing programs. 

Writing and Editing
Lynn has written for numerous national and regional magazines, including Fine Gardening, Accent Home & Garden, Leaf, and Today’s Garden Center magazines. She was the founding editor-in-chief, managing editor, and garden writer for Coastal Home magazine, a popular home, garden and lifestyle magazine in New England. She is currently the managing editor for Leaf, the first digital magazine focused entirely on outdoor design. She has written extensively about outdoor décor, garden design and trends, the slow food movement, plants, botany, and legal issues, and has profiled people ranging from community leaders to historical figures. 
						
Social and New Media
Lynn has been an active participant in the social and new media movement since its inception. She has managed or co-managed five professional Facebook accounts, five Twitter accounts, one LinkedIn account, one PinInterest page, one blog, and one YouTube account, totaling approximately 6,000 followers. She won a Gold Award for photography in an online contest judged by nationally known garden photographer, Rob Cardillo, and sponsored by the popular blog, GardeningGoneWild.com, and has been designated “one of the top fourteen gardeners to follow on Twitter.” 

Event Planning and Networking
Lynn brings to the table a unique talent for organizing events that directly benefit businesses. For Accent Home & Garden magazine, she promoted the publication through industry trade shows, advertising exchanges and sponsorships. Under Lynn’s leadership, Accent was the first consumer magazine with a booth at New England Grows, the largest horticulture industry trade show in the Northeast. For Churchill’s, Lynn organized numerous events, including media trips, a national and local speaker series’, and the founding of a community advisory board. She recently supervised, promoted and conducted all media relations for New England’s first native-plants vertical garden, resulting in considerable national and international newspaper, television, radio, blog and book exposure.
